Your purchase is a new product that has been checked for rips, tears, and markings. If, for any reason, once your purchase arrives and you are experiencing packaging issues that you believe may have impacted your purchase, it is important that you contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the delivery.

Please note that Vickie Nichols Bookstore takes special precautions when packaging orders. If you feel a refund or return may be needed, you must email info.vickinichols@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Proof of purchase, including your order number, must accompany your email for assistance. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed due to damaged products from shipping and delivery handlings through third-party agencies, weather, or theft occurrences.

Regular Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Pre-order/back-order products require a more extended wait.
